"What an amazing hotel. Staff friendly and professional too. Delicious food for Dinner and Breakfast. Very handy for a gig across Tuesday Market Place at Alive Corn Exchange King's Lynn. Disabled parking at the front of the hotel which was a huge bonus. The only disappointment was no accessible toilet on the ground floor. My friend struggled to get up a steep step with two heavy fire doors to get through. Not ideal. It's a shame to mention this, as overall we had a great memorable stay at The Duke's Head, but felt it was important to point this out for others who have accessibility concerns. "The staff were all polite and helpful, although some seemed a little inexperienced. We ate in the restaurant one night, the food was well presented, but the pork belly was over cooked and the chips were over salted. We also asked for the coffee tray to be cleaned & refreshed. Someone had come in, left a large bag of tea/coffee sachets in the room, but not cleaned the cups & tray - I assume they got distracted & didn't finish the job."
