"The overall experience we had at the Rui Santa Fe was good. The issues we had were how noisy the rooms are. If you're looking to get any sleep between 11:00 pm and 8:30 am don't. Between the loud drunk kids yelling at all hours of the night and the cleaning staff having full on conversations in the hallways starting around 7:30 am there's a good chance you'll want to pack up and leave. With that being said, the alcohol seems to be a little watery.... Food is ok, what you'd expect from an all-inclusive. Entertainment is outstanding."

"Quite possibly one of my worst trips to Cabo. The most rudest staff members.. extremely unhelpful. Anytime you ask him a question they would say refer to the app. The concierge was absolutely horrid. It was more like a retirement home than an adult hotel. We pretty much stayed away from the hotel the entire time we were there. We were always at the sister hotels because the stuff was much nicer and friendlier. I would ABSOLUTELY stay away from this hotel and we’ll never come back. Also, the fan in the rooms forget about using it because it makes us squeaky sound the entire night. There’s a lot of trip hazard by the pool. I actually fell and injured my shin. The pool servers are rude. They forget your order. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!"

"Exceptional Hospitality and Family Fun at Hard Rock Los Cabos We recently returned from an incredible stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Los Cabos and cannot say enough good things about the vibe and the incredible level of service we experienced. If you are looking for a generous, high-energy resort that truly cares about its guests, this is it. Above and Beyond Service Our stay was significantly enhanced by our concierge, Andrea. She was absolutely wonderful—answering every question we had and handling all our activity recommendations and bookings with ease. The highlight for our family was when she went out of her way to set up an ad hoc scavenger hunt for our children. It’s those personal touches that make a vacation memorable! A Dream for Kids (and Parents!) The Kids Club here is easily one of the best we’ve encountered. A massive thank you to Zaida, Pao, Ashley, Sonia, Jacky, and Fabi—our children truly loved every one of them. The club provides a clear schedule of events, making it easy to pick and choose activities. What impressed us most was how the staff kept our 9-year-old fully engaged while simultaneously modifying activities so our 4-year-old could participate right alongside the "big kids." "Called to request an airport shuttle and was told there wasn't one. The location is not in the best area but it is convenient and close to downtown. Not a fancy hotel at all. Was given a dirty room at first. There's no elevator so I had to carry my huge suitcase up 4 flights of stairs. The clean room I was given after was missing blankets/comforter. Definitely a spot where the locals stay. People and staff were friendly. Free breakfast was good which was pancakes, fruit, coffee, and orange juice. Convenient store on location. Wifi worked fine. Stayed on a Friday night and heard music all night/early morning from someplace closeby - didn't bother me but I could see how it could bother others. Pool looked clean but not that big."
