"The apartment has a great location, friendly and attentive staff, and everything is new. However, the facilities are quite limited: there is no washing machine or clothes dryer, and the only appliances provided are a hairdryer and a kettle. Unfortunately, the floor in the room was very dirty upon arrival. Overall, a good location and helpful staff, but cleanliness and basic amenities need improvement."

"Perfect stay"

"The room was very clean and cleaning team did a great job. Breakfast on site was expensive and could be a better quality. The property indicates that their beach is private which is not true. Lots of stray dogs poop and pee on the beach. Most of them were fixed and given the shots but some were not and were growling. We visited mid September and the pool was very cold. Plenty of parking space. Good AC. Great rooms and view. The buffet staff and front desk staff could be nicer. But other than...

"The staff was super friendly, most of them understood what you were asking & could provide advice or directions. Wifi was a little tricky. This was a walkable distance too nightlife, beaches and stores and places to eat everywhere"

"nice place to stay"

"I had to sleep on recliner bed as my room was given to someone else. Overall mediocre. Indoor pool did not function. This is a two star, not 5 star hotel"

"Very loud place to stay, neighbors smoke all the time, you won’t breathe fresh air with opened windows. Place for people who like to stay up all night and breathe cigarettes."

"Room was clean and staff helpful"

"I stay where 8 nights from 8 September to 16 September in block D2, the room was good , all new and fresh inside , some noise at night and day time . There is construction around that facility going right now every time and a lot crazy or drunk people to сry at the night time . I closed my balcony door because our neiborhoods are smoked during night time and we fell tobacco smoke too. That Orbi -city hasn’t any parking lot , so I traveled on my vihicke and must be find parking place my self...

"I liked the hotel in general, good location, relatively new, good facilities and good breakfast. The problem was the staff that in general didn't help as expected when the toilet was leaking, the metal towel hangers were broken and other issues such as early check-in request that went unanswered completely. A pretty good hotel that could be better in terms of service and maintenance."

"great property"

"The staff and the breakfast are excellent."

"Absolutely wonderful stay! The apartment was spacious, modern, and beautifully appointed, with breathtaking views of the sea, mountains, and city. The location is perfect — close enough to the city to enjoy everything it has to offer, yet peaceful and relaxing, with direct access to a clean and uncrowded beach. There are plenty of excellent restaurants, cafés, and shops nearby, so everything you need is within easy reach. The area is quiet and comfortable, making it a perfect place to relax and...
