"Took 2 days and 4 attempts to replace the broken fridge. The service from the bar/pool staff was poor. Brought the wrong food/drinks and also were very slow, an hour for a pizza and was brought out in correctly. Bathrooms were clean but dated. Will say though pool area clean, quiet and relaxing though."

"The staff were great but the hotel lacks a few things. Rooms were not up to date the showers were terrible with very less water. Bugs on breakfast and in rooms at times. Swimming pool very cold and dirty you cant go in. This hotel is good fot only location close to everything. "
