In the morning we mentioned the a/c never actually cooled and the room was very hot. They took a look while we were out on return said we could try it, if it was still not working correctly they would show us another room. We were sad to leave the first room, but the next was as lovely in different ways, with the much needed...

"Excellent stay in Palais Moulay Said. Ideally located a few minutes' walk from Jemaa el-Fnaa Square and the Bahia Palace. The location is perfect for exploring Marrakech on foot. The welcome was warm, the rooms comfortable, and the setting typical and peaceful. I highly recommend it!"
