"Carlos says the hotel was decent"

"If you want to use the pool don’t bother staying here during summer. It is TINY! Hotel is huge and the pool cannot cater to the amount of guests. We complained at reception and asked if we could use the adults only pool (equally as small) which is located on the “level” part of the hotel (adults only) . We were willing to pay but were told we could not do this, we had been turned away from the other pool because it was “at capacity” which was hardly surprising. I emailed back and forth with...

"Loved the location, room was very small and breakfast was terrible. Staff were pleasant but reception took ages to book us in and our room wasn't ready at checkin time. Unfortunately the people in the next room had barky dogs which was annoying."

"It was very large and clean"

"Stayed one night with my friends easy to get to from airport on the bus near the centre has everything you need for a few days stay"

"This hotel is a complete Gem. The location is prefect, right on the seafront, near to the Old Town, it's busy enough to be part of the action, but far enough away from the 'noise' to get a good night's sleep. The rooftop bar and pool are absolutely beautiful and very well managed, with a free beach towel swap system. The food is amazing, and the dining deals are unbelievable. The staff were attentive and happy in their work. It was such a pleasure to holiday there. We will definitely be...

"This property is a real quiet gem for being next to a large water park and full of families and kids when it’s park season. Very helpful staff, easy to communicate with in English. 10 minutes from anywhere in benidorm by car. Best 24/7 entrance for the entire property is the rear through the top east side."

"El Plantio is a great stay for a family vacation and golf. The rooms are spacious and clean. The pools are great and very well maintained. The restaurant offers good food, allthough the variety of the menu is lacking if you plan for a longer stay. Thankfully though, Alicante is close by, around 15 Minnute drive or taxi ride (ca. 20 Euros one way trip). All in all, if you are looking for a combined family and golf vacation for a reasonable price. I can with good conscience recomend El Plantio....
