"Castle in the Sky Youth Hostel was one of the best hostel experiences I have ever had! The employees made sure to go above and beyond every expectation to provide excellent service. Not only did they consistently make me and my group food, but they ordered us cars, drove us places in their own car, and gave us numerous travel tips. "They were especially attentive. Whenever we needed help, they would get someone who spoke English to come help us. The food in the restaurant was especially good. The only downside was that the AC did not work in our room. I found that to be the norm in China. Before unpacking in a new room at any hotel in China, I recommend always double checking the AC to verify it is functioning."
