"In general was very pleasant the stay at the Bund area very close and convenient location… good service and also the restaurants inside the hotel ..good idea and variety.. Breakfast was amazing buffet not expensive.. the only issues we had was with a miss understanding about a laundry service…. We ended up paying like $200 US dollars for underwear cleaning…. After do much talking they didn’t satisfy us in tge issue at all … Besides that the rest was good .."

"Everything is good except that the mini fridge in the room does not cool at all. When I checked with the front desk personnel for that, they told me that it was supposed to be like that. I don’t understand why they provided a mini fridge there that’s not working. "

"A wonderful, very quiet hotel, and the views from the rooms are very distinctive. The staff is polite and helpful I forgot my cell phone and left Guangzhou. I did not remember it until several days later. They kept it professionally and sent it to the other city I went to, which is a thousand kilometers away, via shipping, and it only cost me 3 US dollars."
