"So, we prepaid for a room with 2 queen beds but when we arrived, they had given our room away in error. The only room available had 1 bed, was not in good shape, a q-tip in the bathroom corner, cord for the light was stretch several feet to be plugged in, in short not very desirable. The manager on duty was trying his best to be helpful. He was surprised that someone was in our assigned room, offered the only available room and found a roll away. We didn’t want to try and find another place to...

"No hot water for a shower, no towel racks, no luggage rack, no heat for the room, no mini fridge. We couldn’t access the ice machine with our room key. Very dowdy basic motel. The restaurant was the best part of the facility."

"Clean room, nice, helpful staff, comfortable bed, and quiet. Reasonably priced."

"Good location great breakfast"

"Large comfortable quiet room. Good breakfast."

"Awesome stay! I definitely recommend it to anyone. The cafe on site serves great food, the rooms outstanding and staff were most professional and friendly. Great gift shop and the location is great to do the south rim of the Canyon. The hike to the White house is breathtaking and a must do if you are in shape to do so."

"Great place with a super location overall a wonderful facility and staff."

"Room was very clean and looks like it was recently updated. Our room is designated non smoking, but my hyper sensitive sense of smell dected a slight odor of smoke. But it was not bad (like my recent experience in Alamosa CO). The bottom sheet was scratchy, but the top sheet was not. They seemed to be different thread counts. The breakfast is standard buffet fare. All in all, it is a good place to stay."

"Staff were very generous and informative. The establishment was very clean and new looking. They even have EV charging but make sure you get there early because they fill up fast. Food was great and for the cost was a no brainer. The park next door was also a plus if you like to get out and go for a quick walk."

"The property was very clean and the staff was helpful and very friendly."

"Continental breakfast was good. Room was clean . Requested room ground floor because I had a toddler. But I was put upstairs."

"Dank der Renovierung ein wirklich gutes Hotel und für den Preis eine sehr gute Wahl. An der Rezeption lief alles schnell und reibungslos. Den 5.Stern könnte sich das Hotel verdienen, wenn das Frühstück besser wäre. Nur Waffeln und Cereals sind zu wenig - kein cream Cheese oder Marmelade. Da ist noch Luft nach oben."
