"Check in was great as early in the morning . Sunday breakfast good. But breakfast during the week was heavy to carbs and little protein [ so we brought in our own food ] Shower was in a in a tub [ no hot tub ] and no safety rails to hang onto to get over the edge of the tub . Some distance from downtown shopping and any restaurants . We made the trip to explore Ilo , Moquegua, Tacna and Arica . We needed help in finding tour guides and tours ,but had difficulty as the staff was not well...

"The staff at the desk keep trying to charge us more then it was very poor service"

"No lo recomiendo ,nada tranquilo bulla , la gente corría por los pasillos jugando , gritando y nadie les decía nada , el desayuno ni que decir ,las mesas sucias pésima atención ,se demoraron más de media hora para una taza de café y jugó todo mal echo ."
