"Beatiful and aesthetic location. Great view of the river Nile and city of Aswan. The staff is super freiendly and helpful. Wonderful experience. Great location to take instagrammable pictures and videos. Only pain point - there was no WiFi, as their internet reception was being affected by wind. Need to invest in better infrastructure for connectivity services. But everything else was wonderful."

"This was really an incredible expirience. It was like a dream come true to have a balcony on the nile. I really enjoyed the restaraunt as well. Somaya higagy and abdelrahman both provided outstanding customer service. I dream of staying here again!!"

"Best location in Aswan. We have stayed here several times before. Top of the town and on the Nile. Quiet and tranquil. Upgraded to a Junior Suite. Great view and spacious. Management also allowed my cousin (who mistakenly booked the wrong hotel) to use the poolside with us after his trips. So, thank you. Unfortunately, some services could be better. I had to clean the balcony chairs from a layer of dust before use. No pool attendant or towels until after 10 am, and pool snacks always arrive...

"The owner is very friendly and speaks perfect English. He arranged for a taxi to pick us up at the airport and bring us to the hotel. The area in front of the hotel is beside the river. There was some construction happening on the the building that was a little inconvenient at the entrance, but the room was great! Cold air conditioning, comfortable beds ample sized room with beautiful view of the Nile and boats out the window."

"Hôtel fonctionnant avec le BASMA "ordinaire", par exemple pour les repas, il faut redescendre à l'hôtel BASMA situé en contre-bas du BASMA CLUB (et donc remonter après...). Assez belle vue sur Assouan et le NIL. Personnel très sympa."
