"Our toilet was wobbly. The whole apartment floor was shaky too!! It felt like there were earthquakes happening, but according to geonet there were none happening. Because of this reason we were very concerned about the structural integrity of the hotel itself and wouldnt stay again for this reason. Also charged $30 per day per car to park at the hotel. However everything else was excellent."

"Whenever we visit Auckland we stay at the President. Rooms are clean. Breakfast, (eggs, bacon, mushrooms, hash browns, sausage. Variety of cereal,toast,tea and coffee) basic, but good. Staff friendly. Within walking distance of numerous restaurants and the waterfront. Would highly recommend. "

"We liked our stay, communication was amazing from the confirmation phone call to checking in and out, very prompt and hassle free. Not for people who want a quiet location to stay in, as it is apartments where people live and are just living their lives, which we didn't mind at all, we loved seeing all the city hustle and bustle and enjoyed watching all the people getting around the city/area.
