"Our family of 4 loved our stay in the quaint Les Balcons du Savoy! Staff was friendly, helpful and professional. The view of the surrounding Alps is spectacular! The property is an easy walk to the main street of Chamonix (lots of restaurants and shopping) as well as a short bus ride to the gondola for skiing. Thank you for a fabulous stay!"

"We stayed for 1 night before flying home from Geneva Airport on an early flight the next day. Hotel is well situated in Ferney Voltier, just a 5 minute walk from Central bus stop. The hotel is clean with a new outdoor seating area and bar to the rear, room was spacious with a large comfy bed. Ferney had a great Pizza Restaurant which we ate at. Can't get Uber to come from Switzerland and a taxi was going to be €35 for a 2 mile trip, so we checked out the bus times and there is a free shuttle bus...

"Loved the view from this property overlooking the lake. Would have like air conditioning. A warning to anyone washing their clothes in the on-site laundry. It automatically dispenses soap and even after washing out clothes a few times after it stank of the soap smell very strongly. It gave my wife a headache and eyes watered. We could not believe we could not get that strong soap smell out. My wife almost threw away her clothes that she has washed there. Again don’t use their onsite...

"This is how thing fall apart. Booked 1BR apt. 1st room had no dishwasher or counter, wall falling apart, baseboards missing & very dark with few lites. Moved to different with natural light but heats up like an oven with only 1 window that opens. NO A/C!!. Urine stains in hall, huge parts of ceiling missing. The owners do zero maintain the place. On the other hand the staff is excellent. They deserve better. Also some of the best towels...go figure!"
