"Staff was friendly and attentive, Day pass to Atlantis was included with hotel stay and its only a 5 minute walk to Atlantis resort. Also they had a free breakfast every morning that was pretty good usually eggs bacon or sausage and waffle, pancakes or french toast and potatoes. Great value and location"

"My peronal experience is the staff were exceptional, the food was delightful and the service was great. I happen to be there during Grad City Week, if i was aware of the overwhelming amount of teenagers that would swarm the resort i wouldve book at a later date. The rooms need to be upgraded and the housekeeping staff can be a little more tentive. The negative part definitely would not prevent me from returning. Due to the high quality of service i recommend Breezes "

"Didn’t have a room for us when we arrived at 430pm. The rooms need maintenance, toilet ran constantly, bad caulking around sink, nightstand slanted. The property is great and the other hotels are much nicer than the Coral. Water park was fun. Eating is very expensive!"

"This was my 3rd stay at The Cove since Atlantis opened (I’ve also stayed at The Reef). The property is generally well-maintained, but showing some wear and tear with age (e.g., mildewed stucco, tattered beach chairs). The room was well-maintained, although the bathroom was not thoroughly cleaned (stray hairs that were not mine) and semi-dirty toilet. Because I travel with Clorox wipes I was able to wipe everything down to my satisfaction and opted for towel service vs daily cleaning....
