"Upon arrival they took about 15 mins just to check me in, when there were about 7 staff members standing behind the counters not helping anyone else. Once I was helped they rain a bell and said someone else will finish the check in to give me more information. That person was not available so they finished my check in without completely giving me all the information about the hotel. There were no staff walking around pool or beach area offering drinks or food as other hotels offer. Pool bar...

"This property was spotless the food varied from good to excellent and if you don’t have a great time there is something wrong with YOU, not the resort.
If there is a downside it IS kid friendly (we were there for a HS graduation trip) and RIU needs to rethink letting preteens in the Sports Bar at 11;00PM playing fusball and screaming like banshees in a room with horrible sound attenuation. It ran several adults out!
Beyond that one complaint we give it 5-stars all around…"
