"We originally booked the Bahia hotel as we've stayed there before & enjoyed it! However, it was closed & we were offered a stay at Dos Playas. Our room was modern, clean ,lovely hot water, large balcony overlooking the pool. The staff were polite, respectful & helpful. There were 3 full touring buses so the hotel was a little noisier than expected."

Pedimos el cambio y nos dieron otra en la segunda planta, previo pago de un suplemento de 10 euros por día, con vistas frontales al mar. La limpieza, deficiente. Las colchas, sucias; el suelo también. Lo comunicamos al personal de limpieza y nos lo solucionaron. Muy bien por las señoras. "No pudimos dormir nada, tiene dos perros y estuvieron ladrando toda la noche. No había desayuno y para desayunar te tienes que ir a 20 minutos del hotel. Las habitaciones muy limpias, todos los detalles muy cuidados pero el no haber podido descansar ni una hora seguida por los ladridos del perro, y e tema del desayuno, pues no muy bien la verdad"

"The worst hotel i have ever stayed at; owners were extremely rude and tried to scam us asking for more money and pretending to not speak english. Pictures do not represent the hotel whatsoever and totally different, we were sent to quarters like servants and not the actual hotel. The rooms had cockroaches and lizards in them absoloutley disgusting. Beds horrific, creaky and uncomfortable we did not sleep all night. Dusty and no room service when we stayed for two nights.
