"First, the receptionist was very responsive and friendly upon check-inn. I have stayed at this hotel in the past. It is ok or adequate of you are on a budget. The room was clean although the furniture looks outdated. The housekeeping staff will try their best to make you comfortable.
The only issue I had was the room door. Upon entry, I noticed that it was mot closing properly which was a potential security issue. After further inspection, I noticed that the door latch strikeplate was missing. I immediately.notified the receptionist and he took a note of it. The issue was resolved the next morning.
