"I've stayed at the Lord Baltimore Hotel several times over the past few years, mainly because of its convenient location and its affordability/value. This latest stay demonstrated that the hotel is making efforts to improve the lobby, dining options, and the hotel rooms. My room was very clean, the bed was comfortable, and the room had a microwave, (empty) refrigerator, coffee maker, large TV, and plenty of outlets to plug in devices. I didn't get the WiFi to work because I didn't know the...

"Hotel is in good location and had comfortable bed and good pillows. That’s all I can say positive about it. Small bad towels and they give sparingly. Only one trash can. Very few amenities for the rate. Carpet very old. Parking inconvenient or expensive. No room service. Really only reason to stay there is location. I wouldn’t stay there again."

"There was a large event in Baltimore and the hotel was well occupied and we had to walk out of the restaurant at dinner and breakfast due to massive delays and under staffing."

"This was the most dirtiest place I have ever stayed bed and the bathroom was ok but the stairs even to get to our floor was in worst condition. I had to hold my pants up so they will not touch the steps . People have spat everywhere and I would rate the cleanliness of the stairs as 0 that’s the only way to get to the first floor . Hotel staff should focus on cleanliness"
