Breakfast oso not bad...the hotel ferry to ICON Siam good idea but ended up 5.30pm evening too early, last ferry shld be ending 7pm or 7 30pm from ICON Siam much convenient for hotel guest...at least let hotel guest finished their dinner n take last ferry ride 7pm or 7.30pm better...5.30pm ferry ride too early...otherwise hotel is good ! I m from Singapore. "

"Unfortunately we forfeited our stay due to wanting to get back home from a 7 week holiday. However we did check in and use the room for the day until our evening flight. Hotel staff were absolutely sensational, a level of service out of this world. Our room was prepared early given our circumstances, we enjoyed a wonderful breakfast, and got some sleep! Room was superb, views were amazing, and we loved the complimentary dessert and beer. Would definitely come back under different...

"Hotel was beautiful, the room was big, and the pool view is awesome! The only thing I have a problem with is the smell as soon as you enter the room. Once you’re inside, it doesn’t smell as bad. The bathroom smell too when you turn on the fan."

"The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The room was spacious. The hotel is located in it’s own alleyway, which blocks a lot of the moise of the busy street. It’s right across Asiatique so you don’t have to go far for a pleasant night out."
