"Loved the proximity to the public beach. Loved being able to order food and drinks from the outdoor bar or right from the pool area, though I the pool area and amenities were cleaner and they often didn’t have towels. That said, we loved and even extended our stay an extra night."

"I would recommend this hotel for families with children. The room ( Two bedroom King suite) was spacious and worked well for our group. Staff was friendly and helpful. The hallways could be a bit noisy at night, but it is a family resort. I did wish the bathroom door was a proper door. It was a non locking sliding barn door and it didn’t give much privacy. We also would have appreciated two bathrooms for a room that accommodates 8 people. We would stay here again. I was surprised at check in...

"Access to the beach is the best part of this motel. See photos. Takes about 90 seconds to get there. It is an average spot for people who intend to be out all day enjoying Yarmouth beaches, which are gorgeous! Plenty of ice machines for your cooler before you head to your spot on the sand. The motel was clean, quiet, and reasonably priced for a few days in August on the Cape. Nice people run it and are very helpful."

"The property is well located. The staff allows visitors to camp on the hotel property with tents and picnicking tables and party until early mornings. I did not appreciate not being allowed to relax during the day and sleep at night because some visitors felt like having a party below my window!"
