"The hotel was so well located.. everything was within walking distance . The decor was stunning and the bedroom was beautiful with all amenities available . The fragrance in the room was opulent . Staff couldn’t do enough for us . We received complementary chocolates and voucher for a complementary drink on arrival and Belgium biscuits on leaving . "This was an excellent hotel, close to all the main sites. It is very walkable. We loved the decor. The only thing that was a bit difficult were the few steps from the entrance to the check-in counter and the stairs to the elevator which made it hard lifting heavy suitcases. But we would stay here again. Everyone was very helpful."

"Loved our stay. We stayed 7 nights which is apparently a long stay for Bruges, but we loved every day of it. Every morning there was a 3 course breakfast that was excellent and tasty as well as slightly different each day and added great value for money in our stay. I did not give 5 stars for cleanliness just because you could see dust behind the bed in areas that you wouldn't always look and the shower drain was very slow. We had the 2 bedroom suite and were not aware that to access the kid...

"The hotel was comfortable and charming. We were greeted with a glass of cava and extremely professional and friendly staff. Breakfasts were served with the possibility of eating fruit salad, bacon and eggs, various breads and cheeses and latte’s or other coffees and teas. Best of all we were offered cava for breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel. "

"The hotel staff were very hospitable and friendly. We did face an issue on the first day due to repair work in the adjoining building, which created a very disturbing noise due to the drilling. However, the hotel staff were very quick to accommodate and change our room promptly. Overall, a nice, cozy and comfortable stay. The surrounding area is very central offers good connectivity and eating / shopping options. "
