"The resort was clean overall minus Mexico’s seaweed problem, no one was at the beach. The rooms were clean (cleaned everyday) and staff were helpful but can get busy. Making reservations at the few restaurants can be a hassle as they fill up quickly, sometimes calling the front desk with no answer is a pain. I suggest walking down to the front desk as soon as you can to make reservations (8:30-3pm). Room service is definitely better with a $10 charge per service but you can order as much as you want. In my experience the food at resorts in Mexico are nothing to rave about but that is not a knock to Sinsera itself. It’s definitely geared towards kids even though there is an adults side. Overall I’d give it a 6/10 (2 adults and 3 children point of view). I’d return with as family but not as a couple. "

"This was my fifth stay at Royalton Riviera Cancun, and unfortunately my worst experience. Despite having many restaurants, we couldn’t get seating at any of them and ended up eating at the buffet every day. Staff at the front desk were not helpful in resolving this. We were also rushed into booking an excursion poolside without proper explanation of the cancellation policy. When we tried to cancel the next day, we were still charged, which felt very misleading. Very disappointing, especially as a repeat guest. I will not be returning."

"The pool was clean, staff was great, always available to help , the breakfast was so good. I enjoy going to the cafe restaurant to have the fresh baked goods. I love the corn bread and the caramel late everything was delicious there and the people that work there are so nice and kind. We love the place so much that my sister became member of the BIP vacation club and added me I cant wait to go back."

"This is not an all inclusive resort as it states. Most amenities are not available unless you have a membership with the hotel. The special restaurants prioritize members ,large tanning beds are $100 dollars per day. Rooftop pool is only accessible to members. They walk around offering coconuts for $9. Basically felt like a New York hotel. Spa treatments were priced as New York prices as well. Pools close early. Hotel overall is very Americanized didn’t really feel like Mexico. If you’re looking for the Mexican culture this is not it. "
