"The entire hotel smelled like the casino, even on the upper floors. When I checked in, I noticed that there was hair on the bed, so I went back down to the front desk and they gave me a new room. I didn’t check the bed in the second room until I was ready to go to bed. Big mistake. There was even more hair on the blanket under the top sheet on this bed. The linens are extremely scratchy and uncomfortable. The bath towels feel worse than dollar store towels. The bathroom was also not the cleanest, as there was debris like a tiny clear hair tie and what looked like a toenail along the wall. I found a long hair on the stack of towels above the toilet. The shower could really use a cleaning and the shower door did not stay closed, as a screw sticking out from the side of the door prevented it from closing. The staff at the front desk was helpful and friendly. The drinks at the casino are extremely overpriced. Apparently they don’t have the material to make a simple old-fashioned, as that’s what I was told at the bar inside the casino. The entire building needs to be completely renovated. The lobby is nice but the casino and hotel portion are definitely showings its age. I would not stay here again. This property gives Caesars properties a bad look."
