"American man, Colombian wife, 2 American teenage boys: Overall the apartment was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. Very clean and within walking distance to the entire city and beaches. Nice pool within the complex as well. It was quiet at night even though you're in the heart of the city walls. A few minor miscommunications with management, but nothing that impacted our stay in a negative manner. Overall, very happy with this apartment. "

"Nice stay. We made the best of it with the accommodations. Not enough toilet paper and not enough soap or towels. No shampoos or conditioners. Ants all over the kitchen. "This had to be the worst experience ever with Hotels.com. We got to this place with our 105 years old grandmother only to find that nobody knew what was going on. We waited for over 2 hours for someone to come to meet us and let us into the apto and nobody came.
