"When we got there to check in at 3:15. There was a line of 3 or 4 people. Front desk person was pretty disorganized. Then after checking int he first person, which took a long time. She told them that their room wasn’t ready. So they had to sit in the lobby. Then the next person was waited on and again she went through the check in procedure and told them that their room wasn’t ready. Why go though the check in procedures and make everyone stand in line only to tell them their room isn’t ready? And why isn’t their rooms ready? Check it is at 11:00 and check in starts at 3:00. Other than that it was a great stay. Room are clean and bed are comfortable!"

"The breakfast was cold, they did have a microwave to warm it up. The same items though for Saturday and Sunday. But sure if they switch it up during the week. The gym was basically weights. The treadmill did not work and the bike you couldn’t move the seat up. The floor in the gym was wet not sure why. Pool area was very hot just to sit in there, dont know about water temperature though. No elevator, there are only 2 floors but if you bring a lot of stuff that’s a lot of going up and down the stairs. Some staff didn’t speak English like for the breakfast area, had to let her know the milk was empty. Beds were comfortable."
