"We were moved to three different rooms per our request. First room had stained sheets and hair in the bed. Both the first and second rooms which were at ground level smelled like mildew and had black mold in the ac vents. We had better success being moved to the second level. The check in process took 30 minutes as well. Awful experience."

"The check-in process was a little stressful. We arrived a few minutes before the 5 PM check-in time and the owner was nowhere to be found. I called a couple of times with no response before we finally found her out and about doing chores. We were able to get her attention to be let into the property. The main living area is available for guest use but has a heavy odor of cats. The rented room and bathroom are clean and the odor is much more tolerable. "Had my door kicked hard multiple times by some individuals the desk clerk just let inside without identification. When asked by the police if he wanted to get the individuals banned and push for trespassing he declined which is extremely disrespectful to his residents that he allows these situations to unfold. The hotel management increased our rent for a room that’s shower didn’t work. They also have mold and the entire hotel smells of piss. The pool is open which was a surprise for a RUN DOWN...

"By far, this home is the best vacation rental we have ever experienced. First, the neighborhood. The Zionsville Village neighborhood is delightful with a beautiful array of vintage homes. One could spend a day or more just walking the neighborhood enjoying the vintage and historical homes and their gardens. And the Village itself, with its brick streets and abundance of shops and good restaurants, is walkable from the house. The house is also a short drive to shopping centers for groceries and...
