"I recently stayed at this Hampton Inn and had a frustrating experience after my stay. I accidentally left behind a Bluetooth JBL speaker in my room. I clearly remember setting it down while packing in a rush. I understand that leaving the item was my mistake. However, when I contacted the hotel, I was told multiple times that nothing was found. It’s very hard to believe that a noticeable item like a speaker simply disappeared without being seen by housekeeping. This situation is disappointing...

"We had to have our sheets changed because they were dirty and the room itself you definitely keep your shoes on. I have to say though that the staff was so so friendly and accommodated the sheet change immediately. "

"Parking was easy & secure and the staff as the desk was great. However, the two elevators were not working. One was down completely & the other was very slow & customers were getting stuck. They recommended using the stairs. I have hip problems & walked down from the 4th floor so I would not have to worry about missing or being late to a wedding. Manager was not around when we attempted to discuss the matter. Very unfortunate & unsafe conditions. Would not stay there again. "

"The check-in process was a little stressful. We arrived a few minutes before the 5 PM check-in time and the owner was nowhere to be found. I called a couple of times with no response before we finally found her out and about doing chores. We were able to get her attention to be let into the property. The main living area is available for guest use but has a heavy odor of cats. The rented room and bathroom are clean and the odor is much more tolerable. Once in the room, we were provided the house...
