"Great service over all!!!"

"The room is fine. One issue I have though is that the electrical outlets in this hotel are all 220V as opposed to other hotels I’ve stayed in which have the normal 110V outlets. So I had to request for a transformer so I can use my hair dryer and hair straightener. Also, probably particular to the room I stayed in, water seems to be leaking from somewhere and it was causing some flooding in the bathroom floor. Other than that, the hotel is fine and the staff are great and helpful."

"Firstly the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Most of the main attractions are less than a 5 min walk from the hotel. The room was clean and came with the basics though I've noticed its a running theme in Brazil that plug sockets tend to be in the most awkward places so I would suggest you bring an extention or long enough charging cables to avoid the inconvenience. There are quite a few options available for breakfast (with the exception of the cereal once it runs out it doesn’t...
