I asked for a tray to bring breakfast to my sick aunt and my daughter and she told me they couldn't give me one bc I couldn't bring people food up there like that it was against policy and was really snobby about it like I was trying to steal their food. Acted. Really uppity and snobby. But evening staff was great helpful very nice and friendly....

"It was impossible to see anything in my room such terrible poor lighting, I called and they brought an extra lamp but gave very little light. I would never stay there again and am appealing for a refund. Disgusting!!!!"
