"Nous avons loué au "Dolce Vita". Nous sommes arrivé et seul le dolce Vita 2 était renseigné . Pas de bureau réception. seul un garde dans une " cahutte" qui comprend très peu l'Anglais et qui dit ne pas connaitre . Nous demandons à un 2ème garde : non plus : cherchons 30-40 minutes pour enfin trouver un 3ème garde qui nous ramène vers le premier qui nous donnes les clefs et les papiers. à déplorer aussi : pas de produits simples style sel-poivre-éponge-savon-savon vsl stipulé nettoyage 2X...

"It was my first time to stay at this place, but have visited Burgas many many times before. The place has a modern design and is very clean. Staff are very friendly. I don't know why I couldn't find this marvelous place before. Maybe they are new on Hotels.com "
