"The hotel and the entire complex appear neglected, without any maintenance for the past decade, resulting in a deplorable condition. Despite its size, the hotel only has two functional elevators, and there is a shortage of sunbeds. While the quality of the food and snacks was not terrible, the extensive waiting times and the absence of juices and non-alcoholic beverages made the stay extremely unsatisfactory."

"Really amazing hotel in the centre of Sunny Beach - it’s close to everything - restaurants, Bars, shops and the beach. It can be a bit noisy at night from the clubs. The hotel is lovely and has had a huge refurb - it’s amazing modern style and probably now one of the best hotels in Sunny Beach. " We recently stayed at Secrets Sunny Beach Resort and Spa - Premium All Inclusive - Adults Only, and we were very satisfied! The food was simply excellent – a wide variety and very delicious. I would also like to mention that everything was clean and tidy, which made our stay even more pleasant. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist and provide information. Thank you for a wonderful experience! I will definitely return! "
