"Perfect place to stay in Bursa! Great facilities, outdoor pool, indoor thermal pool and spa, near shopping and historical sites. This is our second time to come and stay there. Great in all aspects! "

"Check in was easy and same for indoor parking. The hotel Front Desk staff is very helpful and friendly. I liked the hotel but I think the room service food can be improved better. We ordered 4 meals but 3 of it not suitable to our taste especially the asian food and the chicken burger. The breakfast was ok. We like the room which is cleaned, spacious and good wifi. will definitely stay here again."
