I Tried to call your call center but the computer said to me that we could not speak to the call center until Monday. Than we chatted someone from your website than they called us . but if we don t speak English we could not communicate with someone. "Room was ok, comfortable bed and roomy but very noisy since the hotel abuts a crazy crossroads Went to rooftop bar and was alone but waiter came prompty from lobby restaurant where food is tasty and prices reasonable, walking not recommended outside, use free parking lot below hotel, valet not necessary"
