"not a 5 star hotel… it’s not terrible and the spa was good but the provided amenities were not what i expect from a 5 star hotel. Most things you had to call to ask for, tea wasn’t replaced when used. Rooms were old, clean but you can tell that this is an older property in need of a renovation. Beds were comfortable. Staff was helpful when called upon."

"Very nice and welcoming staff. There is not much to do around the hotel within walking distance but there is a rooftop and street level restaurant (rooftop is pricy). Room was also very clean."

"Ein wirklich tolles Hotel! Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und trotz der zentralen Lage mitten in der Stadt angenehm ruhig. Das Frühstück war gut und bot eine schöne Auswahl. Besonders gefallen hat mir das Badezimmer mit dem großen Spiegel und dem Tageslicht durch das große Fenster – perfekt zum Schminken. Alles in allem ein perfekter Aufenthalt. Ich würde jederzeit wiederkommen!"

"Kurz gesagt: eine Katastrophe. Das Schlafzimmer liegt direkt neben dem Speisesaal. Jeden Morgen war das Zimmer von starkem Essensgeruch erfüllt. Die Mitarbeiter sind überhaupt nicht freundlich. Sie erwidern nicht einmal unseren Gruß, schauen einem nicht ins Gesicht und sind überhaupt nicht hilfsbereit. Zu einer wunderschönen, geschichtsträchtigen Stadt wie Bursa passt dieses Hotel überhaupt nicht. Ich werde dieses Hotel ganz sicher nie wieder besuchen und kann es niemandem empfehlen."

"Excellent service in a very comfortable setting. Staff were helpful and attentive. We traveled with a pet and the hotel provided a very comfortable dog bed. The nearby Kenti Parki was also perfect for walking and recreation."
