"I wanna begin this review by saying that GWL Concord would probably be a really nice property for families with children, as long as the adults are OK with slumming it a little bit, every child we saw there was having an incredible time. 1. Information- we called a few times leading up to our stay to confirm, property details and policy. When we arrived, we were informed that all of that was incorrect and the phone team is often wrong, but we made all of our travel plans around that team...

"The only issue we had was slowness of the elevators due to 1 being out of order. This caused me to use the steps a few times. The hotel has been recently renovated and everything is nice and clean."

"The room and the hotel in general was clean and made me comfortable which is usually hard for me in hotels. The staff were friendly and helpful and I would stay there again for sure."

"There was a large gap around the door that you could see into the hallway with the door closed. The bathrooms need updated."

"The best thing about this property is the location. It is just off the I-85, minutes from the track, and minutes from shopping. There are also many restaurants nearby. We were very pleased."

"The front desk was amazing at letting me check in prior to the 3pm check in time. Natasha was extremely helpful and very friendly. The downside is that there’s no coffee accessories in the rooms. All they had was vending machines. Great location to many things around the area. I was there for the nascar races and everything was so close."

"Room was clean , the bed was extremely old & hard. I had the worst nights sleep. No amenities. U have to pay for over priced selective processed pre made breakfast from the bar. Only 5-6 selections of Starbucks , no regular coffee. Rooms are outdated & overpriced w/o amenities. "

"The staff was excellent and it's obvious housekeeping does what they can, but this is an old property that needs updating. The amenity is a small bar of soap. I heard everything not only in the next room, but every sound from the entire floor. It wasn't the least expensive option but from a flight cancelation, it was an obvious choice close to the Concord airport."

"First off, I want to say the staff was very helpful and cooperative. I have nothing negative to say about the them. The property, however, is in SERIOUS need of a remodel. It is a very dated. There were rips in the curtains, cracks in the wall and a huge patch job on the ceiling. The couch in the room looked dirty enough for us to ask for another sheet to cover it before we sat on it. The towels were thin, the toilet needed 2 flushes to work. The Hiltons need to live up to their name. I would...
