"The hotel staff was very friendly, and the grounds were beautiful. The ox club restaurant was great, as well as the breakfast buffet. Things I disliked were the room service food, it was poor quality. Also, the pool closes very early, at 7pm."

"Staff was unable to locate our reservation. The room was visibly dirty, no wifi, large towel on the bed for a blanket, and a lock was broken on the door. Additionally, not a safe area for a lady traveling alone, which thankfully I wasn’t. "

"when i go in the room, i have many mosquito, and whole night can sleep, because of the mosquito. the location is very far for restaurant. and wifi is too slow. But the staff was very helpful."
