"Check in/ out, luggage storage was v smooth. Great location/ price. Housekeeping knocked on our door at 8am even though we weren’t checking out. Some noisy people in hallway late at night but not hotels fault."

"The resort had several amenities closed for maintenance while we were there. Overall, the resort has a heavy focus on the casino, which makes this a better place to visit for couples/groups, than for families. "

"The parking was convenient as it was off season so able to utilize parking structure next door. Restaurants in the hotel were closed which was a disappointment & not told ahead of time and discovered when attempted to eat there. View from room was amazing, quiet easy access to falls and parks."

"There were mice scurrying all over the restaurant floor while we were having a drink. The staff know all about it and no one seems to care. It’s extremely unsanitary and disgusting while you’re trying to eat a meal. Won’t be staying there again "
