"Excellent stay in Lausanne. No remarks whatsoever."

"We had a great stay. Hotel is extremely clean, as was our room. Housekeeping provided excellent service. Reception were good. Only issue was that staff had no knowledge or recommendations regarding parking. We basically had to figure out the most cost effective option on our own. I would suggest they brush up on this."

"Very close to the train station, very helpful and friendly staff, especially at reception. The room had air conditioning, a coffee machine and complimentary coffee and tea. WiFi is password-protected and stable. One tiny negative comment is that the towels were very old and slightly breaking apart. All in all a great choice and highly recommended for business travel. I would stay here again if I go back to Lausanne."

"Nice location"

"Great location for a quick visit to lavaux wine region. Enjoyed our stay"

Great view overlooking Montreux, but not super convenient to walking the lake promenade. There is a tram or bus stop nearby that easily takes you up and down."

After some discussion and significant increase in room cost we were moved to a larger third floor room with a nice view of Lake Geneva. What is the point of staying at the Grand Hotel du Lac if you can’t see the lake from your room. The hotel had many large tour groups who swarm in and out fast. Our overall experience was very good it is a very elegant...

"Great hotel! Definitely a bit quirky but in a good way. Great location. Make sure to use the elevator if coming from train station. There are 2 that will take you to the lower street. We didn't have the breakfast so I can't comment on that. Marlen at front desk was wonderful !"
