"Our room was clean, beds were comfortably firm. The bathroom could have used a light fixture closer to the sink/mirror, as half your face was in shadow when shaving. The exterior light above the door did not work, making the entry a bit dark. The food was exceptional at the restaurant. "We enjoyed a wonderful 4 night stay in a family room. Comfortable beds with sleeping space for 5. Beautiful views of Arenal Volcano. We enjoyed the beautiful pool and hot tub. And our kids loved the hammock chairs outside our little building. Robert in the restaurant was a wonderful host every morning at the included breakfast that was delicious and so plentiful. "The property is unique and the cabins are set among gorgeous plants, hidden from one another. The cabin i stayed in was clean and comfortable, the porch my favorite spot to sit and admire the view. "The room was great -- clean and spacious. The yoga classes and meals were awesome. I went solo and met a lot of great people, we ended up putting together a group that ate meals together and took a couple of trips together outside of the property. The only real friction point was commuting between the room (some of the rooms are deeper into the property) and the restaurant/sauna area. You can walk the steep road, take a 20 minute trail (which is beautiful), or wait for the shuttle. Not a...

"I had everything I needed in a very nice, well kept setting. You need to bring your own coffee but you a have a coffee maker. The setting is very nice with a water stream in the backyard. My room looked at the water stream which was very nice. Communication was great. The price is reasonable and I felt it was a good quality/price report. Would stay here again! "

"This property completely exceeded my expectations. The staff was very helpful. The kitchen was wonderful for our family. We were very pleased to find two balconies and a kitchenette on the top floor! Basic cooking items were included which made everything so much easier to prepare basic meals. "AMAZINGLY customer service oriented. Bereníce, staff, SO attentive, kind & thorough. Prior to arrival, resort administrator engaged to make personalized arrangements. Wifi steady & stable. Jacuzzi a plus. For arrival, standard vehicle OK (albeit slow w potholes with some portions being unpaved roads), but 4x4 might be helpful. Highly recommend to get away from it all to chill.
