"The staff were so hospitable and accommodating! I was traveling with my partner for my birthday, and the hotel staff surprised us with wine and a birthday cake to my room free of charge! The food was good for the most part, although two of the eateries were closed due to construction, they also were very amenable to food allergies and restrictions (I have a gluten sensitivity). "The staff made the trip. Everyone is Absolutely wonderful and feels like family by the time you leave. Great service, great location - easy to get to town, quieter end of the beach. Got to see howler monkeys, lizards, birds and the hotel cats. Simba became a constant visiting our room. Would definitely recommend to anyone going to the Tamarindo area!"
