"I did not even stay there. When I got there, the check in staff did not know what he was doing. The front of the hotel was right on the street and looked like a whole in wall. I left and went to a much better hotel. Photos on their website are not at all true."

"到着が深夜になる事を事前に連絡してあったのに到着すると表門が閉鎖されおり全く人気が無くて、立ち往生状態で、TAXI運転手が大声で怒鳴りドンドン表門を叩いてやっと従業員が出て来て中に入れた。 翌朝のデリー駅までのTAXIも事前に頼んでいたのですけど、わずか１０分程の距離で４５０Rsと滅茶苦茶高い。もう二度と使わない。 ホテル紹介サイトもちゃんとホテルを調べてから紹介するべきです。 場所も車が通らに路地にあって何をするにも非常に不便です。"

"They did not have our room booked, but i believe that to be a fault of hotels.com and not them. They did set us up at another hotel instead with no added charge, but the new one was much worse that Toronto so it was still a big negative. "
