"Excellent hotel, food is a bit pricey at the restaurant"

"Very clean hotel. Staff very attentive"

"Location and good breakfast. Rooms were very clean."

"We loved staying in this hotel. It was very well kept, extremely tidy and the staff were lovely. Geeta was part of the restaurant staff and she was amazing. She made sure our family had everything we needed. My kids loved her. Our room was cleaned every day by Jot, who did an amazing job. She made our beds and replaced all of our towels. "I booked this hotel because all the 5 stars in the city were booked. And I checked out from the hotel within 5 hours because the both the bedroom and the bathroom were infested with bugs and cockroaches. I escaped with a few bites on me and I don’t think I wanted more. NOT RECOMMENDED. "

"Good place to stay"

"Good hotel overall. Took a bit of a long time to check in, which was a bummer"

"Be focus on cleaning"

"Overall a decent place to stay. It does and at times doesn't give you a vibe of a 5 star hotel. Services were pretty quick but the reception was average. The room was spacious and in decent condition bathroom was a let down. Aircon somehow was a bit too cold even after adjusting the thermostat. The buffet in the morning was pretty limit and even had found a hair in one of the dishes (that was unacceptable and disgusting). "
