"Had a very nice stay here with our dogs. I was surprised by the size of room for the price. We had a 1 bedroom suite and the whole room had recently been remodeled with nice name brand amenities (e.g. Samsung, Cuisinart). Also the campus had lots of area for our dogs to walk around. The staff was also great. Photo’s on the listing accurately reflect the rooms. You can tell some of the property on the campus is currently under construction but it did not interfere with our stay at all. We will...

"When we checked in , the staff was asked about the pool and spa, I was informed it had had a problem and was not available at the time, but should be available in about an hour. It never became avai;able and no explanation was givien as why it was closed. the staf made no effort to help or even acted as if they cared. . when we got to our room several lamps would not light due to the fact there were no bulbs in the, got ready to take a shower and the tub was filthy, some towels looked like they...
