"Excellent stay at this beautiful resort! As it was the latter part of our trip to Chiang Mai, we never left for nearly a week! "Frankly The Astra Condo was the best thing about Chiang Mai except maybe the Elephant Sanctuary. I really enjoyed the ability to come back to a Condo/Apartment, wash clothes and relax on the sofa. The Condo was well furnished, clean and quiet plus overall a good location to walk to most areas. "

The woman at the front desk argued with me for 20 minutes before calling a locksmith to do the repair. The fan for the A/C in the bedroom was barely blowing even at the highest setting.
