"No es una propiedad para descansar, no esta señalizada, y estaba polvosa"

"The room was clean, the hotel is on old ruins, the amenities are beautiful. The staff was not seen much and not as friendly as I would expect out of a hotel of this caliber. When compared to other local hotels, the facilities themselves are as good or better but the staff was not as friendly or helpful."

"Such a comfortable stay and great for our young family!"

"El desayuno muy rico, el hotel cuida mucho los detalles y es muy acogedor!!"

"Beautiful hotel, wonderful and friendly staff, extremely clean and willing to do anything to help. Bonus is that you can exchange currency at the hotel at a much better rate than almost anywhere else. Very close to a lot of things as well"

"The location of the hotel was great as Antigua is a very walkable city. The rooftop restaurant was excellent! Loved the views of Fuego up there and the staff were great! Food was good, breakfast was included and plenty to choose grom. The only issue we had was the smell in our room/bathroom. It was a very sour, maybe moldy smell? If we closed the bathroom door and ran the AC unit, it was bearable. The ceiling looks to have been patched several times so possibly some pre-existing water damage....

"Okay"

"The mattress was amazing, the breakfast was really good and there were many choices and the staff were very helpful. I will definitely return back again."

"Por el precio del hotel se me hace bueno, siempre hay que ser congruentes con lo que pagamos, le pongo 5 estrellas más no significa que sea un 5 estrellas en hoteleria. La ubicación es buena y el personal bastante amable. Es funcional en general"
