"The staff where friendly especially the Filipina staff who accommodate us the day we checked in. The room was clean, but the whirpool bathtub was leaking and the windows outside the room is wide open that you can hear the mosquitoes around. Though the place is very near the restaurants but it was hard to find at first."

"Everything about Royal Cliff is absolutely stunning. The views are unbeatable, the pool is beautiful and the service is amazing. My ONE complaint that would prevent me from staying again was the fact that I was moved twice due to a mildew smell in the room and every single room (even the one i stayed in for a week) had this awful STRONG odor of mildew. Everything else was phenomenal but the smell truly was a problem. Staff were kind and helpful but there didn’t seem to be a real solution to this...
