"I booked my room with hotels.com about a month before my stay and arrived there and there was no room for me. The hotel was not helpful with customer service and not able to contact hotels.com. I never got a room that night and am still waiting for hotels.com and/ or the hotel to reimburse me. I was there for a conference and there were 3 other people who did not get rooms as well. We slept 5 people in a room. This is unacceptable for both hotels.com and the hotel. I should have gotten my money...

"From 16 to 18 February 2019, it was another wonderful stay in Sahid Mutiara Hotel in Karawaci. Truly, Ms Gita showed her wonderful and sincere smile jovially when she saw me. A feeling made me (and you) felt like you had returned home. All other staffs were polite too. My 3 friends told me they had enjoyed their stay in this hotel as they like the room cleanliness, good restaurant food and many others. We stayed in Room 610 and 612. I definitely will return to Sahid Mutiara Hotel again."

"Yohanes was very helpful and accommodating, check in and out was easy. His response to my question was quick, too. I recommend this place and will come back for sure."

"All the property was brand new , but the toilet is so hard to use , it was no hanger so i have to put my clothes at the sink while shower, some clothes fell down and all wet . Its really annoying. And more importantly, its no WI-FI. So i have to spend my data everyday, which i’m from overseas and it cost me more ."

"I returned to this hotel, with my wife, daughter and son's girlfriend, to share this wonderful hotel stay experience. All of them confirmed this is a very good hotel. The staffs are professional and friendly. Not forgetting Ms Isti's impressive working attitude. She cooked the delicious Mie Soto for my wife and daughter (breakfast) at 6:00am. We had breakfast and lunch in the hotel. The sea food fried rice was tasty.... we loved it. The cleanliness of hotel room especially the beds...
