"There were no in-room amenities beyond tea, coffee, and a kettle. As competitive bodybuilders, a microwave is essential, and I should have checked beforehand. Underground parking was full, so we parked in the outdoor lot, which had poor lighting in the rain, and mud tracked into the room on arrival. The air conditioning needs servicing—the filter was filthy, making it inefficient. The pillows were hard like straw, and the mattress lacked a topper. "We enjoyed our stay. The pool was beautiful and we loved soaking in the outdoor spa. Place was really clean and a great location, close to shops and tourist attractions. Overall a great stay! "

""I would strongly advise staying elsewhere. The room had a powerful mold odor that made it difficult to breathe, and the air freshener from reception did nothing to help. To make matters worse, the bathroom was littered with dead insects, the kitchen utensils were dirty, and the dehumidifier was already full upon arrival. Management claimed they couldn't follow cleaning protocols because housekeeping had already left for the day. Definitely not worth the money; avoid at all costs"
