"Staff was nice"

"Construction was extremely loud and unpleasant. Starting at 8am each morning, my view was blocked by workers on the roof and I could overhear everything from loads of heavy materials being dropped on the roof to someone’s speaker phone calls. The location is nice but do not book until their million dollar “upgrades” are finished."

"The location was perfect, on the beach with great views. The front desk staff were really helpful as well. Our hotel room was clean when we arrived but they did not keep the standard up during our room refreshers. One day, the bed was made and new towels were provided but there was very little cleaning. This can be uncomfortable with sand from the beach getting into the room. Otherwise, a great hotel and stay! The free « 3:30pm cookies « were fabulous."

"Leider ist das Badezimmer in die Jahre gekommen. Das Wasser lief beim Duschen vom Vorhang auf den Boden und somit war im Bad alles Nass. Die Haltestange für den Vorhsng war nur geklemmt. Schimmel an den Fugen in der Dusche. Der Rest des Zimmers war sauber und gross genug ."

"Our room overlooked the beach. This room was very clean and beds were very comfortable. They do offer basic breakfast items. We didn’t try anything. Did have the coffee and it was very good. It was a very walkable location to shops, restaurants and the beach was awesome to walk on. Saw individuals digging for clams in the morning. Would stay here again."

"The room is clean. The surrounding of the hotel is well maintained. The location is great, a few minutes from the main street (Broadway St). Unfortunately, no free breakfast is offered in the hotel. There is a restaurant in the hotel, but it closes on Monday, which is not mentioned anywhere. Free coffee is provided in the lobby. However, it ran out when I needed. Overall, it is a good place to stay."

"The room we got was definitely not one that was remodeled like the pics online. It was dated, bathroom kind of gross. The bed was a memory foam mattress that nearly crippled my husband. The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was okay. The view and location made it worth while."

"Great location. Steps to the beach but an easy walk to restaurants, shops and grocery stores. Yet still quiet. The staff were very nice."

"The beds were very comfortable. The rooms were clean. They had a coffee maker but not a Keurig. Just for those who do keurigs instead of ground coffee. There's no conditioner for your hair, so bring your own. Only reason I didn't do five stars is because of the maid. She banged on our door really really loud at 9:00 in the morning. Then proceeded to talk very loudly outside the rooms. Otherwise, It was a good stay and would absolutely stay there again."

"Spent our 10 year anniversary at this beautiful resort. Love the location and ocean view, even had a whale hanging out right outside our deck put a show on for several hours under the sunset. The staff is very friendly and put special little touches to your stay. Fresh baked cookies, coffee and snacks all day! Clean and comfortable stay. Great breakfast in the morning. This is not our first stay and we look forward to staying again soon."

"We stayed in the Aston Suites. I thoroughly enjoyed the hotel. However, my husband who uses a cane would have had a challenge with getting to the front desk in the Norblad Hotel. I took care of checking in and the Astor Suites had an elevator which made it easy for my husband."

"The staff were amazing from questions at booking to check in an checking out. Even though we were close to the highway it was very quiet, the people in the morning woke us up above us but that's normal. They wanted to get up and get going also. breakfast was okay normal for continental breakfast. Will stay here again bed was really comfortable"
