"In total there were 15 of us staying in various locations. My stay in Gloria Palace was excellent , staff were most friendly, cleanliness was perfect, rooms all have sea views & are most spacious. I had only one complaint, my main course meal,which was duck, was inedible. I was unable to eat it as it was tough. I told my waitress but nothing was done ! So I again mentioned at reception & was told by the gentleman that he would ask his boss. When I was checking out I again asked & was told that...

"Las instalaciones son estupendas, la habitación inmejorable para nosotros. El sofa para los niños fue suficientemente cómodo, y la habitacion muy confortable. El mobiliario del apartamento estaba muy nuevo, y todo muy limpio. El personal no ha podido ser más agradable y amable. Recomendable 100%!!!"

"Nous avons séjourné dans cet hôtel pour la 4eme fois. Nous sommes toujours aussi ravi de notre séjour qui était de 2 semaines. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la gentillesse et le service du personnel. Que ce soit au restaurant, au pool bar, à la piscine ainsi que les femmes de ménage. Bref nous reviendrons à coup sûr au Don Miguel :-)"
