"Be prepared to see a lot of charges on your card. I booked my stay through Expedia and paid it. I when I got there they said they needed to do a $200 hold on my card for any incidentals. I bought the “meal pass” which was a rip off. $175 for $120 credits for food and it was not explained by the employees. They said it covered breakfast, lunch and dinner. "Easy checkin. The parking was a little different with us having to park across the street in a parking deck (we arrived late at night) but it was a very safe area. "We've stayed here multiple times but definitely feel like each one gets a little worse. The halls were dirty, our room had no tissues or washcloths, there was an empty bottle if conditioner on the floor if the shower, the pool was ice cold, no one answered when we called the front desk. It just wasn't enjoyable"

"Staff was great and very helpful but we got water leaking in the room at 2 in the morning so had to deal with that. Breakfast was disappointing with powdered eggs and something they called bacon so we only ate there once in the 5 days we stayed. I have stayed at other locations and had great experiences so I just hope this location improves."
