"The bathroom reminded me of a Motel 6 from the 90’s. It was gross. The back of the door was damaged at the bottom and the trim needs to be replaced or cleaned. We had to use every bit of strength to even turn the water on. The tub faucet was almost detached. We did not have water pressure in our sink. Our T.V. did not work. Matt from maintenance tried his best, but could not fix it. There were strange noises all through the night and we could not figure out where they were coming from. They only...

"When i checked in Shae the front desk rep was very friendly and accomodate as required. We lost the car keys and they didn't even went inside the office to look and said they don't have it but later at night when we came back and asked the front desk he went inside the office and got the lost keys."

"Rooms were dark and dirty, toilet and tub had stains at check in. We had two rooms and one of the rooms toilet had water overflowing from the top of the toilet and onto the floor. Room was changed but they were still dirty and housekeeping never cleaned our room. We booked for 2 nights but stayed only one night because of our experience the first night."

"The room was very well maintained, breakfast was great, and staff was friendly and inviting. The one thing i disliked and the main reason why we will not return is the pool. The pool was so cold that my husband was only able to do one lap. I was only able to step in and immediately get out. I asked the front desk if the pool was always that cold, and i was told that they couldn't turn the heaters on because it would set off the fire alarm. Also, keep in mind that parking is $10/nightly"
